Behind this...

A technical support professional for several years and currently hold MCSE, MCSA, MCP, A+ & Network+ certification. I got many repeated questions and I wanted to create a website to put the useful  recourses. The purpose of this PC help site is for users who want to make their operating systems running smooth as possible and work securely. There is no reviews, previews, cheap tricks or a lot of free download. I wish users can use their computers perfectly, not at any risk to create another problem.

Software - It can solve your problem or create more problems.

Install one software at a time to check if any compatibility problem. Make one change at a time to your system could be traced to the source of the problem more easy.

Determine what you need before deploy any software. Software does use resources or reduce your booting time by adding its programs/services/drivers to your system.

Not recommend to use more than one software that have the same purpose, for instance, antivirus & firewall software. They may conflict with each other and also the operating system.

Check compatible issue before install new software. Most software will list the system requirement and compatible issue about their software. Check it.

Beware of shareware and freeware (specially those software claimed to be free), they could be dangerous. Not talking about they are easy to crash but they could do more things than you know. Some of them could have spyware, adware, scumware, which monitor your activity / data, deliver more ad / junk email to you, or even make change to you software or system without your permission.
