THIS PROGRAM IS BASED ON TWO USERS USING ENGLISH VERSION WINDOWS. IT MAY ALSO SUPPORT IN OTHER DIFFERENT LANGUAGES. HOWEVER, IT IS STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO MIX WITH DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND DIFFERENT PLATFORMS (IE. RUSSIAN ON WINDOWS 98 VS JAPANESE ON WINDOWS XP)

The recommended platform for x Chat Free are Windows 2000/XP. If you have problem, try run it in 2000/XP.
